1. Basic - notarizing documents, swearing affadavits, notarial certificates, certified copies of originals.
2. Advanced - notarizing residential real estate purchase/sale documents from either Alberta or out of province, and estate/executor documents.

Incorporation of a named Alberta corporaiton, preparing bylaws, initial director and shareholder resolutions, share certificates, registers and minute book. 

Acting as registered office for corporate minute book, filing annual return, preparing annual director and shareholder resolutions.  

Preparation and execution of a Last Will & Testament with basis terms.

Preparation and execution of a Power of Attorney.

Preparation and execution of a Personal Directive.

Preparation and execution of a Last Will & Testament with basic terms, Power of Attorney and Personal Directive.

Meeting with client, estimate of time required to complete any requested legal services

Time spent on emails, phone calls, negotiating, reviewing and drafting documents, in-person or electronic meetings.

Time spent travelling for reasons related to legal services being provided. Any required flights and reasonable accommodations will be charged to the client as a disbursement.
